Description

Kilbride is a farmsteading dated 1746, featuring a wide, three-bay, two-storey house with a two-bay extension on the east gable. The building has broad footings that are now cement rendered, with harled walls. The central door is flanked by small sash and case windows, and there is one sash and case window in each first-floor outer bay. The house has end stacks with tacking stanes and a slate roof.

Attached at right angles to the east gable is a byre range of varying dates. There is also an additional small detached steading range, which is in poor repair.
