Description

Knocklearoch Farm, located in Ballygrant on Islay, is a traditional house from the earlier 19th century. The building has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall, featuring a harled exterior and a gabled roof. It includes a round-headed doorway. The steading is a single storey with a loft, constructed from rubble and topped with a slate roof. The house has been re-roofed with asbestos tiles.
