Description
17 and 19 Kirk Street in Campbeltown is an early 19th-century tenement building that stands three stories tall with an attic and features two bays on a terrace site. The walls are harled, with cement rendered dressings. Each bay has a door on the right and a window on the left at ground level, with regular window arrangements on the upper floors. There is a lintel course and an eaves cornice at the second floor.
The windows are 4-pane timber sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes piend-roofed, slate-hung, canted timber dormers. There is a harled mutual stack with circular cans on the west side.
