13 and 15 Kirk Street in Campbeltown is an early 19th-century, three-storey and attic, two-bay tenement situated on a terrace site. The building features a cement-rendered shopfront at the ground level, while the upper floors are harled with ashlar dressings. Each bay has a door on the left and a window on the right at the ground level, with a cornice above the shopfront and regular fenestration on the upper floors.

The windows are timber sash and case, with plate glass on the ground floor and four panes on the upper floors. The roof is made of grey slate, equipped with cast-iron gutters and downpipes. It has piend-roofed, slate-hung canted timber dormers that include four-pane timber sash and case windows and plate glass sidelights. There is a mutual rubble stack on the west gable, which has a coped brick upper section with a variety of circular cans, and a harled and coped mutual stack on the east side.
