Description
28-30 Swan Street in Brechin is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, constructed from ashlar stone. The first floor has decorative architraves. The adjacent properties, Nos 22 and 24, have modern ground floor shop fronts and three first floor windows, with the right-hand window being bipartite, along with two canted dormers. Nos 26 and 28 also have a modernised ground floor shop and a panelled door with a fanlight, as well as three first floor windows and two canted dormers. The east gable is built from rubble and includes two first floor windows and one attic window, while the ground floor openings have been built up. The roof is slated with straight skews.
