Description

No 3 Auchmithie is a late 18th century row of single-storey, 3-bay cottages that have been altered. The cottages are constructed from harled and white-painted rubble, featuring slate roofs, masonry skews, and gable stacks. No 3 has a pair of cant-fronted 19th century dormers, along with a modern box dormer at the rear. The glazing at Nos 1 and 2 is modern, and there is a single-storey modern flat-roofed addition at the rear.
