Description

The stables at Brechin Castle are a quadrangular building from 1806, featuring a symmetrical ashlar stone frontage. It is a single-storey structure with windows set in arches and a pyramid-roofed central section, flanked by two-storey end pavilions. The northern frontage, which faces into the courtyard, includes an impressive central feature with an archway supported by a screen of two Doric columns.
