11-17 Park Road, Brechin

1-9 Park Road in Brechin is a two-storey and attic block built around 1868. The building features stugged ashlar with polished flush margins and a band course at the first floor. It consists of two houses, each with three windows (the centre window of the first house is blind) and a central door, which is panelled at numbers 11 and 13. The first floor of numbers 11 and 13 has been altered, with two small windows added flanking the centre blind window. Each pair of houses has two canted dormers, along with a modern linking box dormer at numbers 7 and 9. The building also includes a one-window quadrant corner with a stepped parapet and a one-window gable facing St Ninian's Square. The windows have four-pane glazing. At the rear, there are timber and brick two-storey additions corresponding to numbers 1, 3, 5, and 15, 17, all topped with slated roofs and original chimney stacks.
