13-15 Castle Street in Forfar is an early 19th-century building that stands three stories tall and features two windows. It is constructed from coursed rubble and includes a semi-elliptical stable pend as well as a shop on the ground floor. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building as appropriate for its type.
