Description
13 Brechin Road in Kirriemuir is an early 19th-century building constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof. It is two stories high and features a three-windowed south front. The first-floor windows have been unfortunately altered. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest.
