Description

This is a dovecot dated 1711, featuring a single chamber and a rectangular plan. It is constructed from coursed and random rubble, with a moulded ashlar doorway. There is a stepped rat course or alighting ledge. The center door is located to the south and has a lintel inscribed with "17-JB-KO-11." The interior is lined with stone nesting boxes, and the dovecot is currently roofless.
