Description
2-2A Ballumbie Gardens is a mid-19th century single-storey cottage with a rectangular plan. It is constructed from snecked rubble, featuring painted window margins and harled end stacks, topped with a piended grey slate roof.
On the southeast elevation, there is a door with a narrow fanlight at the center, flanked by plate-glass sash and case windows on both the left and right sides.
