Description

Ballumbie House is a mid 19th century, single storey cottage with a rectangular plan. It is constructed of snecked rubble with painted window margins, harled stacks, and a grey slate roof.

The south elevation features a three-bay cottage on the left, with a central door that has a narrow fanlight above it, and a plate-glass sash and case window on both the left and right sides. To the right is a slightly lower two-bay cottage, which has a door on the left and a 12-pane sash and case window on the right.
