Description
The Old Manse of Shiels is a 2-storey building dating from 1784, featuring three windows and a harled exterior without margins. It has skewputts and retains its original woodwork, although there is a late porch added. The building includes a single-storey out-building, which appears to be older and likely dates from the 1775 church. Notable architectural details include a wide chamfer at the window, though the site is now much overgrown.
