Description
The Old Parish Church South Aisle in Strichen dates back to 1620 and is currently overgrown with a ruinous roof. It is constructed from rubble and features a vaulted lower section. There are skewputts and a curved outside stair leading to a former laird's loft above, with the doorhead raised in the roof. Only fragments of the arch opening into the church remain at the northern gable.
