Description

The Forbes Arms Hotel, located at the Bridge of Alford, is an early 19th century building, dating from 1838. It is designed in an L-shape and has two stories with three windows. The exterior features rough ashlar stonework that is partially pinned. There is a later addition of a crenellated porch, and the back wing has been altered with a mansard roof.
