Description
Dated 1775, Logie Buchan House is a two-storey and attic, three-window house. It features skewputs and a chamfered doorpiece. Victorian canted dormers have been added. The exterior is harled with margins. A short T-plan back projection, probably built later, extends from the rear, along with a single-storey and attic addition. The building’s group value was recognised in 2006, highlighting its significance within the surrounding area. The listing covers both the interior and exterior of the building.
