Description
Reform Tower, built in 1832, is a tall, tapering structure with five stages and a Greek cross plan. The top stage is slightly corbelled out with splayed angles. The ground floor features squared granite with rock-faced masonry and a simple cornice above the openings. The tower has a crenellated parapet and was originally intended to be an observatory, although it was never completed.
