Description
The Windmill Tower at Glenugie Distillery in Peterhead is likely an 18th-century structure with a circular base measuring approximately 17 feet in diameter. It is constructed from pinned coursed granite rubble and tapers as it rises. There are putlog holes located about two-thirds of the way up the tower. The interior has been gutted.
