Description
New Bridge, located over the Water of Cruden at Nethermill, was built in 1895 by Wm. Davidson of Ellon. The bridge features a single semi-circular arch made of rough ashlar stone. It has raised voussoirs and a keystone, along with a belt course at the level of the springing and the base of the parapet. The approaches to the bridge are flanked by curved retaining walls.
