Description

Home Farm in Pittrichie dates from 1823, as indicated by the inscription "INVIDOS VIRTUTE TORQUEBO." The building features a single-storey symmetrical layout with a two-storey, pyramid-roofed bothy at the center of the east range. On the west side of the courtyard, there are twin lean-to out-houses. The original structure is made of dark granite with pinnings, while later extensions are constructed from red granite.
