Description

The West Church of St Andrew, located on Union Street in Aberdeen, was designed by James Matthews and completed in 1869. This building is an example of Gothic Revival architecture, featuring a nave and a steeple constructed from stugged ashlar with a slated roof. The exterior includes salient buttresses and tripartite pointed windows. Inside, the church has a galleried layout. Additionally, there is a Church Hall at the rear, accessible from Langstone Place.
