Description
220 Union Street in Aberdeen is a building dating from around 1841, which was raised to four storeys with an attic around 1900. It features three bays and is constructed of granite. The ground floor has been modernized. The first floor windows are adorned with consoled cornices, and there is a continuous cornice above that extends through Nos 212-228. The second and third floor bays are separated by pilasters. The second floor windows have keystoned and corniced designs, while the third floor windows also have keystones and include pediment details. The main cornice is complemented by a central attic window that has a pediment and keyblock, along with an outer balustrade and finials.
