Description
114 Queen's Road in Aberdeen is a two-storey detached villa designed by architect Robert Gordon Wilson in 1906. It is paired with and mirrors the adjacent villa at No 116. The building features a two-bay design with a southeast elevation made of picked ashlar. The left-hand bay is slightly advanced and has a pediment, along with a four-light canted window projection at the ground level. The windows are mullioned and have plate-glass sash and case glazing, with a cornice at the eaves.
To the north, there is a long rear wing constructed from Aberdeen bonded rubble. The inner (west) elevation has slightly projecting bays, and the entrance is located in a re-entrant angle. The roof is shallow piended and slated, with coped end stacks. The interior was not seen during the last assessment in 1991.
