Description

Crieve House is a vernacular house located on Monks Hill Road, Newry, County Down. It was likely constructed between 1840 and 1859, and is first shown in its present form on the 1858 Ordnance Survey map. According to records from around 1861, the house belonged to John Ellis and measured approximately 17 yards by 7 yards, with two storeys and one and two-storey returns. The house is privately owned. Due to a lack of interior survey data, the building is under consideration and awaiting further information regarding its interior.
