Description

Demolished Described in the first survey in 1969 as: '1839. A building of 2 storeys and basement with hipped slated roof and rendered walls lined to simulate masonry. Granite quoins, platband at 1st F and chamfered string co. at GF level. Central bay is broken forward and topped with pediment containing blind oculus. All windows are D/H with g.b. A porch, approached by 4 steps, is supported by unfluted Doric cols. Rising to entablature. 9 windows wide. Began as fever hospital in store of former gasworks in Kilmorey Street.'
