Description

Three storey, two bay house, right of a terrace of three similar buildings on east side of Canal Street. Pitched natural slate roof and terracotta ridges and single concrete copped red brick chimney to right gable. Semicircular metal rainwater goods with downpipe to left (shared with no.111). Left party wall (with no.111) is raised and coped. West elevation (façade) is lined rendered with corbelled overhanging eaves. The front door to left bay and is boarded over, with three paned glazed mouth-organ transom over. All windows to façade are painted timber exposed box sliding sashes with granite cill. To ground floor right is a single boarded up window. Upper floor windows are not in line with ground floor openings. To first floor are two 6/6 windows (most panes are broken). To second floor are two 3/3 windows, in line with first floor openings but diminished in height. North (no.111) and south (no.107) gables form party walls with adjacent properties. Rear is smooth rendered and there are two windows to each upper floor (ground floor not inspected). There are two exposed box 6/6 sliding sashes to first floor and two (diminished in height) 3/3 exposed box sashes to second floor.
