This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. One-and-a-half-storey three bay house in prominent location with painted rough cast render finish. Projecting central entrance bay and single storey monopitched roof rear return. Date stone to front displays: 'Abbey View AD 1913'. Hipped gable natural slate roof and prominent mid-ridge cruciform plan red and blue brick chimney stack. Flat roofed timber canopy to central painted timber and glazed entrance door. uPVC top opening casement windows and uPVC RWGs throughout.
