The property is set to the N side of a long lane to the NW of Tannaghmore Road, c.2.5 miles NW of Seaforde. The front façade faces S and is asymmetrical. To the W of this house (on the other side of the lane) is the ruins of another single storey dwelling, now largely overgrown.
