Outbuildings at Rear of Manor House, 28 High Street, Moneymore, Magherafelt

The outbuildings at the rear of the Manor House, formerly located at 28 High Street, Moneymore, Magherafelt, were demolished. They were likely constructed around 1835, coinciding with the Manor House's original building. Although absent from the 1832 Ordnance Survey map, these outbuildings are depicted on the 1856 revision of the same map. The design was undertaken by William John Booth, and the buildings were situated within the Moneymore conservation area. While their precise construction date is estimated between 1860 and 1879, little further recorded detail exists regarding their architectural or historical significance.
