The entrance elevation is 5 bay long 2 storey with a returned projecting gabled 2 storey bay at E end and at W end a 1 bay single storey. The 5 bay part has a central square headed doorway with double doors, glazed upper panels. On each side 2 no. 4 pane double hung sliding sash square windows and at 1st floor 5 no. 4 pane double hung sliding sash square windows centred over openings below. Walls plastered and rusticated. Gabled bay has ground floor tripartite window and above a single 4 pane double hung sliding sash window, both with wide band architrave in plaster with keystone (windows have square heads). Walls finished in coloured rendering with rusticated quoins. The single storey part has a single 4 pane double hung sliding sash window. Roof slated and one gable chimney. The building fronts onto the former yard to the rear of the Manor House (No. 28 High Street).
