The building at 65 Mullaghboy Road, Mullaghboy, Islandmagee, Larne, Co Antrim, was a cottage likely constructed between 1820 and 1839. It appeared on an Ordnance Survey map of 1832 and was initially surveyed in 1970 as a one-and-a-half-storey cottage with harled and whitewashed walls and a thatched roof. The cottage had a sheeted front door and horizontally divided sash windows. A half-door was present on the main elevation, and the chimneys were built of brickwork. Modern windows were inserted at the rear. The building, which was described as vernacular in style, was listed in 1977, but delisted on February 27, 1989, at which time it was derelict. The property has since been demolished and replaced with a new building on the same site.
