Description

This is a single-storey building located at 17 Glassillan Grove, Greenisland, County Antrim. It was designed by Shanks and Leighton around 1965. The building consists of simply detailed, flat-roofed blocks constructed from grey brickwork with deep fascia. It was initially considered for listing during the First Survey but was not included. Subsequent additions in recent years have diminished the original character, and it remains unsuitable for listing. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, acknowledging that it lacked listable qualities. The building is not listed, and its architectural and historical interest are not considered significant.
