Description
Brookmount is a substantial, two-storey, multi-bay nineteenth century farmhouse situated on the north side of Ballinderry Road. It features a full-height canted porch. The main elevations now have replacement windows. A partial record of the building was taken during the Second Survey; it was surveyed in the First Survey but was not considered worthy of full listing.
