Outbuildings, Brookhall, 65 Culmore Road, Londonderry, BT48 8JE

This is a group of simple farm outbuildings dating to the late 18th century, arranged around a farm courtyard. They are valued as a group due to their layout and relationship to the nearby main house. The buildings have a generally simple appearance with pitched and hipped roofs covered in slate. They are constructed of rubble schist stone with sandstone dressings, and the walls are whitewashed. A bellcote is located at the north end of the west wing. The outbuildings appear on an Ordnance Survey map from 1832, suggesting they were likely constructed around the time that Hugh Hill built the main house, circa 1790. The buildings were formerly used as farm buildings and are currently used as outbuildings. They are noted as being derelict.
