Description

This is a mid-Victorian, two-bay, single-storey gate lodge situated at the entrance to Springfield on Ballinderry Road, Lisburn. It served as a gate lodge, and currently retains that function. The lodge has undergone extensive renovation and has been altered with inappropriate features including uPVC windows and a chimney. It was surveyed during both the First and Second Surveys, but was not considered worthy of full listing, and only a partial record was taken.
