Description
This is a single-storey, five-bay vernacular dwelling located in Coleraine, County Londonderry. It dates from before 1831. Originally, it featured a thatched roof, painted rendered walls, and a variety of timber windows, along with two entrances. However, the building has undergone significant alterations including a new roof, cement render, altered window openings, and the installation of uPVC windows, and may have been largely rebuilt. It was surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey.
