Description

The record relates to a demolished row of buildings at 29 Clagan Road, Coleraine, County Londonderry. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not formally listed. Since then, the original structures have been demolished, and this partial record was created during a second survey. The original building comprised a two-storey, four-bay vernacular dwelling dating from before 1831, accompanied by single-storey outbuildings on either side. The dwelling had a slate roof, rendered walls, and windows with 12 and 6 panes. The site is now occupied by a replacement dwelling.
