Description

This record concerns a former vernacular thatched dwelling located on Boleran Road, Coleraine, Co. Londonderry. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. Subsequently, it was demolished, and a partial record was made during the Second Survey. The original dwelling featured an entrance to the end bay. It has since been replaced by a modern dwelling. The building’s former use was as a thatched house. It is now demolished and not listed for its architectural or historical interest.
