This record pertains to a former dwelling located on Boleran Road in Coleraine, County Londonderry. The building, now demolished, was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. A partial record was made during the Second Survey after its demolition. The structure comprised a two-storey end portion attached to an earlier vernacular building, which was thatched. The building’s former use was as a thatched house.
