Description

This is a record of a former single-storey, three-bay dwelling located at 47 Portstewart Road, Coleraine, County Londonderry. The building was initially surveyed but not listed in the First Survey. It was subsequently demolished, and a replacement dwelling has been constructed on the site. This record is based on a survey undertaken during the Second Survey. The original building was a roughcast dwelling with a hipped slate roof. It was formerly used as a house, but is now demolished. The building possessed no specific architectural or historical interest, and is not listed.
