Description

The building was a two-storey red brick structure designed by Young and Mackenzie in 1872 and extended in 1969. Originally a house within a terrace, it later served as a Local Government Office. The building, located at Cloonavin Park in Coleraine, County Londonderry, has since been demolished and replaced with a housing development. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. This partial record was made during the Second Survey.
