This was formerly a thatched house located at 14 Crumlin Road, Ballymaclose, Glenavy, County Antrim. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not formally listed at that time. It has since been demolished, and the site is now occupied by a modern bungalow. A partial record of the original building was taken during the Second Survey.
