This is a single-storey vernacular dwelling house located on Glen Road, Glenavy, County Antrim. The house is positioned parallel to the road. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken in the Second Survey as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. The building has been modernised, and now features replacement windows. It is currently in use as a house.
