This is a one-and-a-half-storey detached house dating to the early nineteenth century, situated on Glen Road, Glenavy. The house has been altered and refurbished, with the replacement of its windows and doors. It was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as it was not considered worthy of a full survey. Its former and current use is as a house. It is not a listed building and has not been assessed for architectural or historical interest.
