Description
34 Donegall Road was a two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house dating from the nineteenth century. The property has since been demolished, and a red brick, multiple-storey office block now occupies the site. The house was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not included on the statutory list. This partial record was created during the Second Survey. It was originally used as a house and was privately owned.
