This is an eclectic Victorian commercial building of red brick construction, situated on the corner of Bradbury Place, and notable for its curved frontage. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. Only a partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. It was formerly and currently serves as a shop.
