Description
This is a single-storey, three-bay vernacular dwelling, built after 1881, with associated outbuildings of lower height. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was determined not to be worthy of a full survey. The building has a slate roof with gable chimneys, lime-rendered walls, and 12-paned sash windows. The roof has been replaced, and the building's character has been altered by the addition of a new dwelling built at a right angle to the north gable. The former and current use is as a house, and it is not a listed building.
