Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house dating to around the 1930s, exhibiting Art Deco influences. The building is symmetrical in design, featuring a flat roof and rendered walls. It has canted two-storey bays on either side of the central entrance. The windows and front door have been replaced with uPVC. This building was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys but is not listed and a full survey was considered unnecessary.
