This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 30 Leeke Road, Portrush, Coleraine, County Antrim. It was built before 1855. The house has a slate roof and rendered (plastered) walls. The windows are a mix of 12-pane and 9-pane sashes. While initially surveyed, this building was not deemed worthy of a full architectural survey and is not currently listed.
